• 1. WHAT IS CLUB UP?

  Club UP – Upgrade Your Stay by The Editory Collection Hotels is the official hotel loyalty program of The Editory Collection Hotels, created to reward guests with exclusive benefits across participating properties listed on editoryhotels.com.

• 2. WHAT ARE THE PROGRAM OPTIONS AND BENEFITS??

  The program allows members to enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, depending on the selected The Editory Collection Hotels property.

  Loyalty program benefits include:

  - 10% discount on hotel stays;

  - 10% discount at participating restaurants and bars;

  - Early check-in and late check-out;

  - Complimentary room upgrade;

  - Bottled water in the room;

  - Welcome drink on arrival;

  - Early access to exclusive offers and promotions.

  Please note that early check-in, late check-out, and complimentary upgrades are subject to availability and must be confirmed directly with the hotel reception up to 12 hours in advance.

  Lisboa: Impulso

  Lagos: La Terraza

  Please note that benefits do not apply to food and beverage services ordered through room service, gastronomic events, special packages, promotions, or other specific dining campaigns. Benefits are also excluded for group dining experiences with more than 10 people.

• 3. HOW TO JOIN?

  Club UP is open to individuals aged 18 or over. After registering on the website, each member is assigned a unique membership number to access the The Editory Collection Hotels loyalty program. Each participant may hold only one membership number, which is personal and non-transferable and cannot be shared with third parties. To enjoy exclusive hotel benefits and member rewards, members must present their membership number at participating The Editory Collection Hotels whenever they wish to access program benefits.

• 4. ARE THERE ANY MEMBERSHIP FEES?

  No. Club UP is completely free and accessible to all guests aged 18 or over. There are no joining fees or participation costs, allowing members to enjoy exclusive hotel benefits at no additional charge.

• 5. EXCLUSIONS

  Accommodation: A 10% discount on hotel stays is applied to rates published on the official website and clearly identified as participating in the Club UP loyalty program, or as indicated by The Editory Collection Hotels reservations team.

  Exclusions:

  • The Club UP discount does not apply to package rates that include additional products or services;
  • Each member may benefit from the discount for up to 9 rooms, provided the payment is made by the member and the invoice is issued in their name.

  Bars and Restaurants: A 10% discount at participating restaurants and bars applies only to venues listed on editoryhotels.pt as part of the hotel loyalty program.

  Exclusions:

  • Food and beverages ordered through Room Service;
  • Gastronomic events, special packages, promotions, and specific dining campaigns;
  • Group dining with more than 10 people

• 6. CANCELLATIONS AND PROGRAM CHANGES

  • The Editory Collection Hotels reserves the right, at any time, to modify the conditions of the Club UP loyalty program, including, in whole or in part, the benefits offered, their terms of use, as well as the membership conditions, or to suspend, amend, or replace the program..
  • Any such changes will be communicated via the official website, editoryhotels.com. The Editory Collection Hotels will make every effort to inform members in advance, providing up to 10 days’ notice regarding the content and effective date of any updates to the program.

• 7. ERRORS AND COMPLAINTS

  The Editory Collection Hotels is not responsible for lost correspondence or postal delays and reserves the right to modify rates, descriptions, or any promotional materials provided to participants of the Club UP loyalty program.
