We participated in the annual Real Estate National Award gala, which highlights the main successes of the sector. We were pleased to see two of our units recognized at the awards ceremony. The Editory Riverside Santa Apolónia Hotel was acknowledged in the Tourism category, and the Editory Boulevard Aliados Hotel was recognized in the Interior Design Project category.

Prémio Nacional da Reabilitação Urbana
The Editory Riverside Santa Apolónia Hotel was honored in May 2022 with the National Urban Rehabilitation Award 2021 in the Best Structural Rehabilitation category. The ceremony for the 10th edition of the National Urban Rehabilitation Award (PNRU) took place at the Palácio da Bolsa in Porto and was attended by Pedro Guimarães from Sonae, who received the award.

In the IV Edition of the Expresso Real Estate Awards, organized by SIC and the Expresso weekly, the Editory Riverside Lisboa Hotel was the winner in the category 'Interior Architecture - Tourism.'
The awards ceremony took place in Braga on October 20th. Francisco Rodrigues (Expansion Director) and Pedro Guimarães (Project Management Director) were both present at the ceremony to receive this distinction of which we are so proud
