On a sunny morning, The Editory Garden Baixa Porto hosted a Dynamic Stretching session dedicated to wellbeing, mindful movement and physical balance.
Led by Sónia Cunha, Classical Ballet teacher at balleteatro since 1996 and company performer since 1992, the activity guided participants through a variety of mobility and stretching exercises, promoting greater body awareness and muscle relaxation.
Throughout the session, participants practised dynamic stretches, essential for preparing the body and preventing injuries, as well as static stretches, focused on improving flexibility and releasing tension.
In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, participants enjoyed an experience dedicated to caring for both body and mind, embracing the positive energy of a morning that encouraged movement.
This initiative was part of the hotel’s programme of experiences, reinforcing The Editory Garden Baixa Porto’s commitment to wellbeing and to creating meaningful connections with the local community.
