With a degree in Religious Sciences/Theology and training in Photography from IPF-Porto, Teresa found in the edicole sacre an intimate dialogue between history, faith, art, and memory — a natural convergence with her photographic work, centred on light, identity, and the poetics that inhabit places.
Photographing them became an exercise in contemplation and attentive listening, deeply aligned with her artistic and educational practice, always guided by the desire to humanize the world through image. This exhibition reveals Rome through these urban fragments that withstand time — small silent altars that Teresa transforms into a sensitive, delicate, and profoundly human visual narrative.
Experience co-organised by the final-year students of the CTeSP in Tourism Animation, within the scope of the partnership between ESHT and The Editory Collection Hotels.
