TREATMENT BOOKINGS
Advance booking is recommended and subject to availability to ensure your preferred date, time and therapist (if applicable). Guests are kindly requested to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment time.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Porto Palácio Spa operates a 6-hour cancellation policy. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full treatment fee will be charged.

 

MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age to access the Spa is 16 years.

DRESS CODE
The Spa provides locker key, bathrobe, slippers and towels for your comfort. The use of a swimming cap and appropriate swimwear (swimsuit, bikini or swim shorts) is mandatory in the pool area. You may bring your own swimming cap or purchase one at the Spa reception.
