RATES
Rates are in euros, per night per apartment, and include VAT at the legal rate in effect. Please note that breakfast is not included.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and reservation dates. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation. In case of no-show, the amount for the first night will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. CHILDREN
All children aged 12 and under, when staying in an apartment shared with their parents and within the maximum occupancy allowed for the apartment type, stay free of charge.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in the Residence, except for guide dogs.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas and apartments of the Residence, making it a fully non-smoking property.
