  • Guests must settle all outstanding charges upon departure. If not, the remaining balance will be charged to the card used to pay for the room.
  • The reception of The Editory Residence Lagos will operate at The Editory By The Sea Lagos between april and october and will be open 24 hours a day. From November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, the reception will operate at The Editory Residence Lagos from 08:00 a.m. to midnight.

  • During the period from April 1 to October 31, all guests will have access to the services of The Editory By The Sea Lagos (swimming pools, fitness room, restaurants, bars, steam room, and sauna).
  • A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment for the stay will be made at check-in.
  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and reservation dates. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation. In case of no-show, the amount for the first night will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
  • The Hotel is not responsible for any items or documents stored in the apartment safes.
