  • On the hotel’s website, only individual bookings are allowed. Reservations of more than 4 rooms will be considered group bookings. The hotel reserves the right to apply special cancellation and payment policies for groups.
  • Guests must settle all outstanding charges upon departure. If not, the pending amount will be charged to the card used to pay for the room.

    • Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival will not incur any charges, excluding festive periods. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date will be charged for the first night. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
    • For the period from 27/12/2025 to 03/01/2026 (inclusive) and from 01/05/2026 to 10/05/2026 (inclusive), cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, no-shows, or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any items or documents stored in the room safes.
  • Municipal tourist tax: €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, charged at check-in.
