RATES
Rates are quoted in euros, per night and per room, suite or apartment, and include Wi-Fi and VAT at the applicable statutory rate.
Breakfast is only included when specified in the rate selected at the time of booking. When purchased directly at the hotel, the price may differ from the amount displayed during the booking process.
A municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, applies in addition to the room rate, for a maximum of seven consecutive nights and up to a total of €14 per person. Children under the age of 13 are exempt. The tax is payable directly at the hotel and may be changed by the relevant authorities without prior notice.
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT
Cancellation and payment terms may vary depending on the selected rate and stay dates. Please always review the specific conditions displayed during the booking process and included in your booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After this deadline, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
The total booking amount may be charged to the credit card provided from 48 hours before arrival. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will also be charged.

KIDS
Children’s policies depend on their age, the accommodation type booked and its maximum occupancy:
Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge.
Cots are provided free of charge upon request and are subject to availability.
Cots cannot be added to Double Rooms.
The conditions applicable to children aged 3 to 12 vary according to the selected accommodation type and meal plan.
The Junior Suite can accommodate up to two adults and two children, subject to an additional charge.
Apartments can accommodate up to four adults.
Children receive a 50% discount on half-board.
Cots and extra beds are not allocated automatically and must be requested in advance and confirmed by the hotel.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Bookings of four or more rooms are considered group bookings and are subject to specific availability, payment and cancellation conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in the proposal provided, payment must be made as follows:
40% upon confirmation of the booking;
30% up to two months before arrival;
30% up to one month before arrival.
REDUCED MOBILITY
The hotel offers facilities designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility, including accessible accommodation and bathrooms, wide doorways and lift access to the guest room floors.
Accessible accommodation must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Certain room types or areas within the historic buildings may have access limitations, so we recommend contacting the hotel before your stay.
ANIMAIS
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel except guide dogs, in accordance with applicable legislation.
WIFI
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel, including guest rooms, suites, apartments and public areas.
SAFE BOX
All rooms are equipped with and electronic safe. The Hotel is not responsible for any objects or documents stored in them.
