Terms and Conditions - GIVEAWAY "Dinner at Ilícito Restaurant"

This giveway is promoted by SC Hospitality S.A – company with VAT number 509 011 977 and headquartered at Edifício Sonae Capital, Lugar do Espigo, Via Norte, 4471-907 Maia.

Participation in the Giveawy implies the full and unreserved acceptance by Participants of the terms and conditions set out in this text, and by participating in the competition, they declare that they accept the terms and conditions set out in these Regulations.

The Promoting Entity of this giveaway is SC Hospitality S.A.

The current giveaway aims the promotion of the tourist services of The Editory Collection Hotels.

Interested parties must participate through the The Editory Colletcion Hotels Instagram and/or Facebook profiles (@editoryhotels), with access to the participation rules being available on the link of  The Editory Colletcion Hotels Instagram bio and on the Facebook Giveway Post.

The eligibility conditions for participation are:

1. follow @editoryhotels profile on Instagram and/or Facebook;

1. Follow the Restaurant's profile @ilicito.porto on Instagram /page on Facebook;
   
   
2. Creatively write in a comment which illicit ingredient you would use to make your menu irresistible, justifying your choice;
   
   
3. Invite (mention) 2 friends to enter the Giveaway as well.

Any individual over 18 years of age can participate in this competition.

Each competitor can participate as many times as different participations, that is, they must always participate with a new caption suggestion and the invitation of 2 new friends.

The competition will take place between 11 and 17 November 2022. After 17 November, new entries will not be considered valid.

a) All entries considered valid (which complied with the Regulation requirements) will be evaluated by a jury composed by the The Editory Collection Hotels Marketing team, who will choose the captions – one for Instagram and one for Facebook – the most original.

b) Each winner will receive 1 voucher (one for Instagram and one for Facebook) with the offer of a "Chef's Menu" dinner for 2 people (includeing water, coffee and wine selected by Chef André Silva, followed by a cocktail) at Ilícito Porto Restaurant, located at The Editory Boulevard Aliados Porto Hotel.

It is mandatory to indicate that you want to use the voucher at the time of booking and to present it when arriving at the Restaurant.

c) The announcement of the winners will be made on 21 November 2022, through a Story published on the @editoryhotels Instagram and Facebook profile/page mentioning the winners.

d) The winner must contact The Editory Collection Hotels via a private message on Instagram to determine the data to send the prize (full name, telephone number and email).

e) If the winner does not identify himself within 72 hours of the announcement of the winner, another winner will be selected.

f) SC Hospitality S.A is not responsible for the impossibility of contacting the winner or delivery of the prize due to incorrect or incomplete data.

g) If the winner is unable to receive the prize, he will not be awarded any other prize or substitute value, nor any type of compensation.

a) SC Hospitality S.A may suspend participants, without prior or subsequent notice, which it considers to be violating or defrauding the rules of the Contest.

b) SC Hospitality S.A reserves the right to eliminate any participant and/or their respective participation that is in any way violating these terms and conditions.

c) SC Hospitality S.A reserves the right to eliminate entries depending on their content or whenever one of the cases occurs: (i) Defamation or violation of the rights of third parties; (ii) Discrimination based on gender, race or religion; (iii) Indication of defamatory links, with offensive, obscene or violent content; (iv) Violation of commercial or intellectual property rights; (v) Incorporation of viruses or other electronic or physical elements that could damage or impede the normal functioning of the website.

d) SC Hospitality S.A reserves the right to terminate, alter, shorten, delay or extend this action at any time, in the event of any illegal or fraudulent activity, or any external factor, beyond the control of the organization , which affects the smooth running of the giveaway. In these circumstances, participants will not be entitled to any type of compensation. The suspension of the giveaway will be announced on The Editory Collection Hotels Instagram and Facebook profiles.

e) The prize cannot be substituted or transferred to another person, and there is no possibility for the winner to receive a cash prize as an alternative.

f) Employees of The Editory Collection Hotels, as well as their first degree family members, are not allowed to participate in this giveaway.

g) The cases not covered by these terms and conditions will be resolved by SC Hospitality S.A and their decisions will not be appealed.

The identification data provided by the participant is intended exclusively for the management of the Giveaway, November 2022.

The winner expressly consents to the use of their name on Instagram to participate in the manner and means that SC Hospitality S.A deems appropriate. By providing their personal data under and within the Giveaway, the Participant declares that they are true and that they are responsible for communicating any changes to them that may be necessary.

The provision of personal data is mandatory, being necessary for the management of the Giveaway.

The personal data transmitted to SC Hospitality S.A will be by it, or by the entity by this subcontractor for this purpose, used and processed for the purposes of managing the Giveaway.

SC Hospitality S.A is committed to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of the personal data of the Participants.

Participants in this giveaway have the right to information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to their data, and in order to exercise such rights, they must do so in writing to the following email address: marketing@editoryhotels.pt.

Considering the purpose behind the collection of your personal data, they will be transmitted to the entity subcontracted by SC Hospitality S.A that will manage the Giveaway.
